Job description
The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a compassionate Wound Care Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in North Carolina. You will focus on wound management, skin integrity, prevention, and improving resident outcomes, collaborating with physicians and leadership.
You will provide hands-on wound care, document progress, educate residents and families, and participate in care planning to ensure high-quality, resident-centered outcomes.
