Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up for diverse patient populations. In this hands-on role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based care plans, oversee debridement and advanced dressings, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams. You’ll educate patients and families, support prevention initiatives, and contribute to quality improvement.
