nAre you a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant looking for a rewarding and flexible opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with acute and chronic wounds. At Stratus Wound Care, we specialize in providing advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences.
nPosition Details:
nPart-Time Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) as a 1099 Independent Contractor
nCompensation will be $100 per patient visit with generous bonus plan available after 30 days
nRequirements:
nMust be able to travel within a 75-mile radius of your assigned location
nValid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. Licensed in Missouri and/or Kansas
nStrong knowledge of wound care principles, techniques, and evidence-based practices (preferred)
nCommitment to providing high-quality wound care.
nResponsibilities:
nAssessing and evaluating patients' wounds to determine the appropriate treatment plan
nCleaning, debriding, and dressing wounds using aseptic techniques
nMonitoring and documenting wound healing progress
nCollaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans
