Job description
Pine View Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a qualified Wound Care Nurse RN/LPN to lead wound management for residents. You will serve as a liaison between physicians and nursing staff, coordinate wound care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance.
A focus on education and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential. The role requires a current RN or LPN license, wound care certification, CPR, and 1+ year of wound care experience.
