You will play a key role in promoting healing, preventing complications, and improving overall resident outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct wound care and skin treatments in accordance with physician ordersAssess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectivenessAssist in developing and modifying individualized care plansCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomesEducate staff on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategiesMaintain accurate and compliant clinical documentationEnsure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standardsQualificationsActive, unencumbered RN license in South CarolinaGraduate of an accredited Nursing programCurrent CPR certification requiredExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferredPrior wound care experience strongly preferredStrong clinical judgment and attention to detailPassion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered careWe are an equal opportunity employer.
