Now Hiring: Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN) – Elevate Care!
Are you a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for wound care? Elevate Care is looking for a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to assess, treat, and manage patients with complex wounds. Your Responsibilities:
Wound Assessment & Treatment – Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
Patient & Family Education – Provide guidance on wound care, healing processes, and prevention.
Collaboration – Work closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.
Documentation & Compliance – Maintain accurate records in line with clinical and regulatory standards.
Quality Improvement – Use best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active RN or LPN License (Required)
Experience in Wound Care (Preferred but not required)
Strong Clinical & Critical Thinking Skills
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Abilities
