Job description
Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Douglasville, GA is seeking a full-time wound care nurse (RN or LPN) to assess and manage residents with wounds, and to collaborate with the care team to plan and implement targeted wound care.
Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive wound consultations, detailed assessments, and ongoing monitoring; completing documentation and care plans; and educating residents and caregivers on wound prevention and treatment.
