Job description
Douglasville Center Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time wound care RN or LPN. The nurse will assess and evaluate the clinical needs of residents with wounds and collaborate with the care team to plan and implement targeted wound care.
This role supports the center's mission by delivering attentive wound management. The position focuses on comprehensive wound assessments, documentation, and ongoing monitoring, with education for residents and caregivers on prevention and treatment
