Job description
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an energetic Woundcare Nurse RN/LVN to enhance skin care for residents in a Texas long-term care setting. The role covers wound assessment, treatment planning, infection monitoring, and ensuring adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.
You will lead weekly wound rounds, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, and document progress to improve or maintain skin integrity. Relevant LPN/LVN licensure and BLS/CPR certification are required.
