Job description
Opco-Skilled-Management- seeks an energetic Woundcare Nurse to enhance the care of aging residents. The RN/LVN will lead wound management, assess wounds, create treatment plans, monitor infections, and ensure safe, effective healing within state scope.
Responsibilities include skin assessments, wound rounds, documentation, interdisciplinary planning, and adherence to infection control guidelines. Prior experience in long-term care and BLS/CPR certification are required.
