Job description
Wentworth Rehabilitation and Health Care Center Inc. is seeking an experienced registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to provide direct nursing care and supervise daily activities by CNAs.
The role ensures high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and facility policies. You will oversee nursing procedures, mentor staff, and participate in care planning, admission/discharge processes, and medication administration as ordered by physicians.
