AlignMed Partners seeks a Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider to join a float position across four Country Meadows Retirement facilities in Allentown, Bethlehem, and Easton, PA. The role supports nurses and residents with acute and chronic wound care, reporting to Clinical Practice leadership.
