Job description
CCF GROUP LLC is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will examine patients, collect medical histories, and make tentative diagnoses across a range of issues while interpreting tests and communicating results clearly.
In this role, you will prescribe therapy under physician oversight and collaborate with nurses and physicians to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, and home settings.
