Job description

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to join a National Wound Physician Group. This full-time role features no nights, no call, and no weekend work, with a mobile practice delivering wound care across SNFs and LTACHs.

Expect 2–3 facilities per day and 20–30 patients daily, with real-time EMR documentation and paid training. Physicians will participate in a 6-month wound care fellowship and receive comprehensive health and retirement benefits.
