Job description
Salina-Regional-Health-Center is seeking a nursing professional to provide skilled nursing care through assessment, care planning, delegation, and oversight of resident needs. You will coordinate care with residents, families, providers, and the care team to promote continuity, safety, and satisfaction while addressing changes in condition.
The role includes supporting nursing staff through wound care education and coaching and maintaining documentation in compliance with policies and procedures.
