Job description
Smoky Ridge Health & Rehabilitation in Burnsville, NC seeks a compassionate Wound Care Nurse to assess and treat residents with wounds, ostomies, and tracheostomies, working closely with the nursing staff to ensure personalized care plans of the highest quality.
You will document in the EMR, educate patients and caretakers, and participate in weekly risk meetings while contributing to a supportive team environment and meaningful resident care.
