Job description
Sutter Health's SCAH-Sutter Care at Home - Valley is seeking a Wound Care RN for Sacramento, CA. You will assess and manage patient skin and wound care, educate patients and families, and coordinate transitions of care in a full-time home health setting.
The role requires 5 years of relevant nursing experience, California RN license, BLS, and WCC/CWON within 6 months. Strong communication, documentation in EHR, and adherence to HIPAA are essential.
