Job description
Salinas Valley Health in Salinas, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Outpatient Wound Care department. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising patient care under the Director, with collaboration across physicians, families, and the health care team.
The RN will document assessments, develop care plans, participate in discharge planning, and provide patient and family teaching. Requires CA RN license, BLS, and 12+ months acute care experience; BSN preferred.
