Job description
Hartford HealthCare at Home in Connecticut is seeking a Wound Care RN to lead and deliver wound therapy in patients’ homes. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate care, and collaborate with the Wound team to maintain high standards and cost-effective treatments.
With a focus on patient-centered care, you’ll manage caseloads, plan interventions, and participate in program development and staff training. RN licensure and WOCN certification within 6 months are required or encouraged.
