Job description
Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to provide primary skin care to residents under medical direction and supervision of attending physicians, Nursing Supervisor, Director of Nursing or Medical Director, with emphasis on treatment of skin disorders.
You will collaborate with the Care Planning Team, modify treatment plans as needed, and perform administrative duties while adhering to facility policies.
