Job description
Devlin-Manor-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation-Cente seeks a Wound Care RN/LPN to assess, treat, and plan care for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. You will collaborate with nursing staff to develop effective care plans and provide wound-care training to colleagues.
The role requires active RN or LPN licensure, 1–2 years of wound-care experience, and LTC exposure. WOCN certification is preferred; reliable transportation is required for facility coverage.
