Job description
The Reserve in Hanahan, SC is seeking an experienced nurse to lead and direct our infection control program. You will develop and oversee adherence to standards, collaborate with the Medical Director and Nursing leadership, and ensure residents receive safe, evidence-based care.
The role requires a current RN/LVN/LPN license, at least 1 year of healthcare facility experience, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and clinical assessment skills are essential.
