Job description

RestorixHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a PRN wound care role. You will deliver patient care based on nursing theory and evidence-based practice, recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, and prioritizing actions based on acuity.

You will implement physician orders timely and educate families on wound care, with training provided for wound-specific tasks. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with ongoing professional education opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
