Job description
Lineville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an RN Wound Care / Treatment Nurse to lead wound prevention, treatment, and skin‑integrity efforts on a Monday–Friday day shift. You will coordinate care with physicians, nursing leadership, and frontline staff to ensure prevention, timely treatment, and accurate documentation.
The position emphasizes hands-on assessment, writing care plans, monitoring progress, and educating CNAs about skin integrity.
