Job description
Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Penn Wynne, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate RN Wound Care Nurse/Restorative Nurse to join our care team and deliver high-quality wound care and restorative services to residents.
You will assess wounds, create individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, lead restorative therapy, document progress, and participate in quality improvement to enhance residents' comfort and independence.
