nYour Role
nAs a QSM wound care provider, you will deliver bedside surgical wound care, perform detailed documentation, and maintain collaborative relationships with care teams across assigned facilities.
nEssential Requirements
nnUnencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family), or PA license
nStrong communication and customer service skills
nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation
nAbility to independently manage clinical judgment and documentation
nAbility to lift 50 lbs and work onsite with patients
nAvailability by phone during working hours
nAttendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences
nPossible telehealth responsibilities
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnWound care experience (not required)
n2+ years of provider experience (new grads welcome!)
nProficiency with Microsoft 365
