Job description
Lever, Inc. is seeking an Urgent Care Physician specialized in wound care to provide bedside management across post-acute facilities. This mobile role covers a 40–60 mile radius, with multiple facility visits daily and real-time documentation using our EMR system.
Full-time employment with no nights, no weekend duties, and competitive compensation is offered, including health and retirement benefits and malpractice coverage. Training and a wound care fellowship are provided as part of onboarding.
