Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy and Continence RN for our acute care team. In this role, you will provide expert assessment, treatment, and education for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence needs. You will lead consults, develop evidence-based care plans, and collaborate closely with the interprofessional team to improve outcomes and prevent pressure injuries.
