Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy and Continence RN for our acute care team in Hartford, CT. In this role, you will provide expert assessment and management of complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues for hospitalized patients. You will develop evidence-based care plans, perform advanced treatments, and educate patients, families, and staff. Working within a collaborative, compassionate culture, you’ll partner with an interdisciplinary team, support skin integrity and quality initiatives, and access cutting-edge technology and ongoing professional development opportunities.
