Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy and Continence RN for our acute care hospital team. In this role, you will provide expert assessment, treatment, and prevention of complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues for diverse adult patients. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the interprofessional team, guide evidence-based care plans, and lead staff and patient education.
