Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy and Continence RN for our acute care team. In this role, you’ll perform expert WOC assessments, develop evidence-based treatment and prevention plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize healing and quality of life.
