Job description
MarinHealth is seeking a Wound & Ostomy Care Specialist to coordinate interdisciplinary wound, skin, and ostomy care for patients at MarinHealth Medical Center. You will assess needs, develop and implement care plans, and direct emergency interventions when needed.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, 1 year acute care/home health experience, and IAM with WOCN/WCC/WCS within deadlines. Lead staff education and ensure patient advocacy and quality outcomes.
