Job description
Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an experienced Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) to oversee treatment and recommendations for ostomies, wounds, and continence care. You will serve as a clinical resource for staff and develop practice standards.
Full-Time/Days with weekend coverage every 3–4 weeks, including Saturday/Sunday shifts; you will educate caregivers, lead quality improvement efforts, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.
