Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy, Continence Registered Nurse to provide expert assessment, treatment, and education for patients with complex wounds, ostomies, and continence issues. In this role, you’ll develop and implement evidence-based care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and serve as a clinical resource for staff and families. You will document care accurately, support quality and safety initiatives, and participate in staff education.
