Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Wound, Ostomy, Continence Registered Nurse to provide expert assessment, treatment, and education for patients with complex wound, ostomy, and continence needs. In this role, you will develop and implement evidence-based care plans, perform advanced wound and ostomy procedures, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize healing and quality of life.
