Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound Program Specialist to lead and coordinate evidence-based wound care across our network. In this role, you will support providers and clinical teams with advanced assessment, treatment planning, and product selection to optimize healing and prevent complications. Responsibilities include developing and standardizing protocols, tracking outcomes, educating staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
