Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Wound Program Specialist to lead and coordinate evidence-based wound care services across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will assess and manage complex wounds, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. You will monitor clinical quality metrics, standardize wound care protocols, and provide staff education on best practices, documentation, and infection prevention.
