Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Wound Program Specialist to lead and coordinate wound care services across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical expertise in wound assessment, treatment planning, and prevention, while guiding bedside teams in evidence-based practices. You will monitor outcomes, drive quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to optimize healing and reduce complications.
