Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound Program Specialist to lead high-quality wound care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will complete comprehensive wound assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide advanced bedside care. You’ll educate staff, patients, and families, support development of wound care protocols, and monitor outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Working within a collaborative, compassionate culture, you’ll partner with interdisciplinary teams and leverage cutting-edge technology to optimize healing and patient experience.
