Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound Program Specialist to lead and coordinate comprehensive wound care services across our network. In this role, you will perform advanced wound assessments, develop and oversee evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve healing rates and patient outcomes.
