Job description
Aviva Family and Children's Services in Lynwood, CA seeks a Wraparound Child and Family Specialist to work with a multidisciplinary team, delivering direct services in home and community settings.
You will help connect families with community resources, manage documentation, and support Plan of Care development while maintaining county standards. A 4-year degree and CA driver’s license are required; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
