Job description
Seneca Wraparound program seeks a Wraparound Family Partner to provide peer support and advocacy to youth and families, drawing on personal experience to engage them in care plans and connect them with community resources.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in supervision, and help create a family safety network while promoting strong outcomes across services.
