* 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
* 2 - 3 weeks of coverage needed per month
* Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections required
* Epidural steroid, medial branch blocks, and RFA experience required
* SI joint, facet, and trigger-point injection skills required
* Ultrasound-guided procedures experience required
* Intrathecal pump experience preferred
* Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
* Assignment details and time entry in online portal
