Job description
HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead wastewater treatment and effluent management capabilities. You’ll drive technical leadership, risk management, and staff development across HDR’s global offices while building relationships with universities and industry groups.
You will shape strategy with market sector directors, oversee tools and standards, and mentor senior technical leaders to deliver high-quality projects in a complex, collaborative environment.
