WXOU is the soundtrack of Oakland University. Every year, we put on live radio shows, podcasts, news articles, concerts, and much more.

Responsibilities:

Create the face of WXOU through our social media presence

Communicate to listeners via DMs and forward questions to other departments within WXOU

Create and maintain PSAs on air

Maintain balance between fun and professional media presence

Qualifications:

Creative

Strong leadership skills

Organized

Familiar with social media

A cool person 😎

Requirements:

Expected weekly commitment: 5 hrs minimum

Familiar with social media platforms and algorithms
