Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Chief of Staff for Workforce & Experience Technology (WxT) within Employee Platforms. You will partner with the WxT CTO to govern portfolios, connect strategy to execution, and drive organizational effectiveness across finance, HR, and product enablement.
You will lead governance, annual budgeting, leadership rhythms, and AI-enabled processes, ensuring rigorous validation and data sensitivity. A strategic, collaborative leader is required.
