Job description
Yard Coordination SupervisorAt Foley Equipment, we take pride in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient yard operation. If you enjoy working outdoors, being around heavy equipment, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations, our Yard Coordination Supervisor role could be the perfect fit. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll lead a team of Yard Coordinators while helping keep our equipment yard running smoothly and safely.Job duties:Direct the daily activities of yard coordinators, including the assignment of duties to employees, assisting in scheduling break periods, work hours, and vacations.Monitor employee compliance with both federal and company quality and safety requirements, take immediate corrective actions when non-compliance occurs.Train Yard Coordinators to identify yard and equipment maintenance needs; initiate the repair process as needed.Perform weekly inventory audits for all sales and rental assets, including sales and rental attachments (i.e. buckets, snow plows, etc).Manage shipping and receiving process for assigned location.
