This role focuses on driving productivity, maintaining material quality, and supporting daily operational goals while ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Monitor and ensure plant productivity, material quality, and daily tasks are completed All other tasks as assigned.QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others. Understanding and adherence to safety regulations. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to lift 50lbs or more as required.
