Accounting & Finance - GL Accountant
Pay Rate: $70- 95/HR Ideally would like someone to sit in Houston but open to remote for the right candidate Must have skills: Must have Yardi experience Property accounting- should have that knowledge Operating expense recovery Mixture of office tower and retail Nice to have skills: Mixture of office tower and retail Retail experience would be helpful Years of experience: Minimum of 5-7 Education: Bachelor's degree would preferred Software skills: Yardi is a MUST Good excel skills MS Office Summary: As a CBRE GL Sr. Accountant, you will be responsible for complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
