Job description
Micron Technology's Yield Enhancement team in Boise, Idaho seeks an Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate electrical failures and yield issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions across devices and processes.
You will partner with Design, Process, Manufacturing, and Data Science teams to develop analytics and automation solutions, mentor technicians, and contribute to new technology ramps, using AI-enabled tools to improve yield and reliability.
